The TCGA offers two Applied Biosystems Quantstudio 7 Flex real-time PCR instruments for use by users within or outside of the University of Dundee. Each is equipped with a 96-well fast block and an array card blocks (384-well TLDA). Time on any of the real-time PCR machines can be arranged using the Labshake, online lab management platform, (University of Dundee staff and students only) or by emailing the TCGA at tcga@dundee.ac.uk.

First register here; once you have received a confirmation email that you have been registered send us an email we will add you to the instrument list. Once added to the system, you should be able to login here. If you have any problems please let me know.
